Functions; roles and Action Profiles

I have discussed the functions in korfball before. In the attack (for instance): to shoot, to assist, to rebound, to pass. In defense (for instance): to defence 1-1, to hunt (press), to squeeze and to intercept. Special for (top)korfball is that these functions should be performed by all players of a team.
But there is indeed distinction. This is because the roles of the players are qualitatively different. One player can for instance be a better shooter than another other player. Moreover, roles are performed usually at specific positions of the attackers and defenders. Although it can be very surprising if there is a role that is executed in an unexpected position. Roles rotate in topkorfbal and therefore the interaction will be surprised.
We know the following roles:
- Attack: Tiger, Panther, Wolf and Bear;
- Defense: Guard, Hunter, Center and Guerrilla
The profiles of the roles are called: action profiles.
