Mental characteristics typical associated with top players to the different roles.

I am working on a system that helps coaches to identify players and talents.
Now I focus on the mental qualities which are preferred (used by preference) for a role on a high playing level.
(At a later time I will extend the system with the desired (specific) korfball skills and physical qualities. To identify players and talents you have to consider the complex of qualities, which can not be considered separately.)
Now , firstly, I want to trace the mental qualities associated with the roles of Tiger, Panther, Wolf, Bear and Guard, Hunter, Guerrilla, and Center .
I use for tracing the qualities of role models like Leon Simons, Jos Roseboom, Andre Kuipers, Michel Gerritsen, Gerald van Dijk, Casper Boom, Suzanne Struik, Kim Cocu, Mady Tims, Mirjam Maltha, Jet Brandsma.
By analysing their mental qualities and the way they play in the different roles I hope I can give a structure of the mental preferences which belongs to the different roles.
I use for that the word: “action type”. This word “action type” refers to how a role is shaped by a player during a korfball match.

For this I use a list of several continuums. Wikipedia:(Continuum (theory), anything that goes through a gradual transition from one condition, to a different condition, without any abrupt changes.
In the scheme of the continuum I list two concepts every time. These two concepts can be placed on the ends of each continuum.

The initial question is:
What mental quality is used by preference by the top player in the associated role during a top korfball match.

Drive:
Talent and no energy(phlegmatic)----------Talent and Drive
Social Fun ---------------------------------Passion for progression
Questioning and working------------------ Doing and working

Mental toughness:
Calm (low arousal)---------------------- Pressure (high arousal)
Fear of failure-----------------------------Brave
Hesitation-----------------------------------Confident
Accept the result----------------------------Resilient

Effort
Control (comfort zones)--------------------Risk
Slow decisions------------------------------Fast decisions (initiative)
Anticipating--------------------------------Re-active
Cooperative--------------------------------Competitive
Team (social orientation)------------------ Self (ego) orientation
Wide focus (split vision)------------------- Narrow focus (funnel vision)

Attitude in team:
Coachable--------------------------------- Own Compass
Orientation on failure-----------------------Orientation on new actions
Group member--------------------------- Leader
Automatism orientated----------------- Reading Co-players and opponent

I challenge the readers to help me further to expand this scheme.
